In my early years at Eton, being gay wasn't a big deal. Then we became a 'protected' community, singled out for attention. By my gay year, a kid four years younger than me was running around. Eton counts a large number of British prime Ministers (including David Cameron) amongst its former pupils. The Eton Dragonflies is the official society for Gay Old Etonians.

Welcome to eton gay Eton Dragonflies, the association for Gay alumni of Eton College. Established inour purpose is threefold: To arrange social events for members to reconnect with old friends and make new ones. Last Gay evening, the LGBTQ Society addressed a packed-out Marten Library on the topic of LGBTQ rights and Eton’s commitment to providing a safe and welcoming space for all in our community.
